Booking is always so easy; a bit of a delay this time, but with the Rogers issues I understand that things got backed up. Not a problem. I've used this service many times and the guys are always VERY nice. It's the biggest reason I keep using this service.

They were in communication about our time window and what time they expected to arrive. They were very polite and friendly.
