I called one day, they arrived the next day and removed all of our Junk. The gentleman on the phone to make the appointment was very nice. The two gentleman that showed were dressed nice/clean, very kind, and had the truck packed in 10 minutes.

Brandon is a manager,(And in my opinion deserving so). He has been part of my pickups at least twice and what a pleasure. As large as 1-800-GOT-JUNK has become it continues to offer that personal touch as you can actually request that the same awesome team is assigned for subsequent pickups. Even the area manager Sven reached out to me to make sure that I was totally satisfied with my experience and generously offered me his cell number. A classy organization for sure and definitely one that I will continue to do business with.
