I felt like Jay (the person I spoke with) really cared about the carbon footprint of 1-800-GOT-JUNK. He told me about how the company recycles their items and avoids putting anything in landfills, which was a very important factor for me. Disposing of my old office chair and e-waste was easy! If I ever have more bulky items to dispose of, I'll definitely use this service.
