The communication that Juan provided was amazing, he explained to me why we had to change the original date to the following day and confirmed it. Came on the day and completed the work in a timely manner, he was amazing! Thank you, Juan and his team, we will definitely use 1 800 junk again 👍🏼😊

I find the guys who removed my chair very polite, fast and efficient. I do find the price it costs to remove one recliner rather expensive though. If you have no other alternative to get rid of one of more items then 1-800-got-junk are the people to call.
