Connor and Dante were efficient, effective and easy to deal with.

Paul and Jose were awesome, in and out. Friendly and made sure to leave everything clean and organized after removing my items.

Customer service was FANTASTIC. The two men that helped me today were kind, joyful, and ready to help. They even went above and beyond and swept up the outdoor area we removed the junk from. It was a seamless operation!

I think the recruiting process at 1 800 GOT JUNK is exceptional because over the years I have been so impressed with the people who come to my house. Today, Dante and Connor were fantastic! (I hope I have Connor’s name right!!!) One thing that surprised me in booking this time: after explaining that I had actual trash because I missed a pick up due to the holiday, and excess packing materials, etc., the associate asked me, why do want these things removed? I was taken aback by the question. If you’re conducting a survey, my question would be, why wouldn’t everyone want their clutter removed? Is the marketing dept hoping someone will say, we just had a (fill in the blank life event) so that you can tailor your messaging? But again, thank you for your excellent product and resulting service!
