The service was so fast and thorough, and the team was pleasant and enthusiastic. It was honestly such a relief to have a huge amount of stuff cleared out from my mother's home after she moved, and we did not need to worry about sorting through donations from junk because that is what this service does. A great service, and I would definitely use them again. One thing that could be improved is the website. We did not know exactly what to expect re: the process until someone called 15 minutes before our appointment. We didn't know how much stuff could be taken, whether we were supposed to pack donations into boxes ourselves, or how many people would come to help/what would be possible (we had a lot of stuff to take away). It would be better to explain some of this on the website. But overall, great service!
