Every 1-800-GOT-JUNK crew we've ever had has been professional, easygoing, and steely-muscled. This time, Nikita and TJ disassembled a substantial sleeper sofa, carried the heavy pieces up from the basement, and loaded them carefully into the truck for what I hope is eventual repurposing to someone who wants a comfy guest bunk. I was close to an anxiety attack just thinking about having to remove it, but Nikita and TJ made it look easy.

I called on Monday and an appointment was set up for Tuesday morning. Aaron(sp?) called me around 8:00am and said they’d be at my place in about 45 minutes, At 8:45 they were here, The 2 gentleman were professional with a sense of humor, They quickly picked up my items and they were off, This was the 3rd time we’ve used I Got Junk. We will use them again, when needed! I was slightly disappointed……the commercial on TV shows items magically disappearing……Aaron apologized that his magical powers weren’t working yet this morning. :). We will touch base again in the future, Thank for being available to help us!
