It's hard to narrow it down to just one thing. It's super easy to book an appointment for pickup, you call ahead to let me know when you'll arrive, you arrive at the time you say, you efficiently move the items out of the house and don't bang up the walls or damage anything, very friendly and just a pleasure to do business with.
