I called the 800 number this morning and spoke to a wonderful representative, Andrea, she was able to schedule me for a same day service. I received a follow up call within minutes from the local manager, Tyler, who was incredibly helpful. He was able to pinpoint a more specific time of arrival from his team. He told me exactly who would be meeting me on site and confirmed that they would call me before arrival.They called me and confirmed where we would meet. I met them at the front of the storage facility and they were so incredibly patient and helpful. Everything was done in a timely and incredibly friendly manner. Both the employees that came to the site, Tyrone & Kaillou, were top-notch.It's not often in todays world that I come across a company that wo would recommend from start to finish. I even took the time to sing your praises to the storage facility we picked up from. This was my 1st experience using 800-got junk - but if the need ever arose again - you would be the 1st people I would call.The follow up emails were also spot on - I received my confirmations and receipt copies right away.
