The communication was great. The guys were polite and on time and efficient. It would have been helpful in the reservation process to be able to get some idea of how the pricing is done and the cost per incrememnt of space. I had NO IDEA of how much it would cost when I booked it.

Very fair price, available quickly, exceptionally nice workers. ---------- What I didn't like is that I made clear that your company should send a truck with a lift, or ramp because it was a very heavy treadmill I was getting rid of and instead you sent two 20 year olds who were great and able to finally lift it, but could have suffered severe injury not having a lift or ramp and having to lift this treadmill so high up into the truck.
