Everything! very prompt service (the morning after the night I called), punctual phone call in the morning to confirm arrival time, also arrived on time, both employees friendly and cheerful, carefully went over the items that I wanted picked up, put all items in the truck, offered to add something else since there was a bit more room, checked to ensure that they had everything, gave me a receipt, and wished me a good day! Perfect!

My experience was a good one. I found it very easy to book and communicate with the company to make the arrangements. They made it convenient based on my availability. I also was impressed with Samuel and Carson's (the movers) communication and conduct on site. It was quick in and out. (Thanks guys!). I will note that this wasn't the cheapest service. That said, they drove to my house, the carried out the items and they disposed of it after they left. Although the price was expensive I am at peace with it based on how easy it was. If I was to recommend You Got Junk to friends and family, I would be upfront about the price but really highlight the convenience.
