Quote process is fair and straight forward. Staff is knowledgable and professional. Crew worked hard and efficiently cleaning up each room systematically.. I gave the crew a well earned tip for a great service. I do suggest the company add the ability to upload photos of the job site to give the crew a clear view of the job size and volume. I tried to warn the phone crew of the scope of my job site, but the information did not translate to the job notes when the crew arrived.

The guys from 1-800-Got-Junk are great.Today was the fourth time I have used their services. Today it was Andrew & Gavin who provided the service, first by calling about 20 minutes or so ahead of arriving. Once on site they quickly provided an estimate of the work and upon approval they removed all the junk with a few laughs along the way. Couldn’t be a quicker more enjoyable way to get rid of junk! They made sure I was happy with the results and were on their way. Thanks Andrew & Gavin, couldn’t ask for a better service!
