The men that came, were very courteous, they took the time to explain exactly how they plan to remove the items, they didn’t mind me asking questions, they had their masks on all the time and maintained distance with us. They explained that Got Junk would even take all of my donations and how items will be stored until thrift shops are out of lockdown. Lastly, when I told them that everything they are taking, is the rest of what my friend left me after she died, and it was still a little upsetting to see her things go, the guys were very respectful with everything they took.
