Everything from start to finish. 1) The young man on the phone was clear, concise and quick to take our information. 2) I was called in the afternoon and told the exact time between 4-6 that they’d would arrive. 3) They arrived on time — took our very large piece of glass and chair in a matter of minutes — and that was it!
