First, let me say, the girl I talked to on the phone, to setup my appointment, was awesome. If I wasn't horrible with names, I'd call her out so everybody knows how good of a job she did. She was so polite and mad me laugh and explained everything that would happen at the appointment. I wish more companies had people like her. As far as the appointment itself. The guys called 20 min ahead of time, like I was told they would, and they arrived right on time, if not a few minutes early. Both of them were very polite and professional. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better transaction today and on top of that, it was much cheaper than other places. I will definitely be calling again.
