they did contact me to say they would be delayed. They were professional and courteous. However, I would suggest (after reading some of the negative reviews of your company) that you update your website. Your 'examples' of pricing was off--my pickup was 1 item--an upright freezer. The website indicated the cost would be $112; my price was $145. While your pricing was still lower than another quote I received, better business practices would to be more upfront and honest about the cost.
