Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the communication leading up the the eventual arrival time was spectacular. Additionally, the two junk removers, Mike and Tyson, were great! They called ahead to announce they would be arriving soon, and when they arrived, they introduced themselves and were very friendly. They clearly articulated how the pricing worked, and after I agreed, they got to work right away and very quickly had everything taken care of.
