They're professional handling of not only assessing and giving me a clear cut idea of what the estimate was going to be was excellent. They had my estimate within 5 minutes, and had my driveway cleared in 10. The ease of paying for it also greatly improved my day.

The 2 representatives came on time, a little early actually. They wore masks which I appreciate and were very good about making sure they were taking the right stuff. My only complaint is directed to your company. I was told they could not take old spray bottles, paint cans, etc. But I still have to get rid of that stuff. Yes, I could take it to the junkyard on the Far East side of Madison myself. But I’m paying you to get rid of my junk. I’m willing to pay the additional $10 it costs to dispose of it at the junkyard on top of your high fee. So why can’t you go to the junkyard?
