They called ahead of arriving, & I was so happy to hear that they could come even earlier than expected to remove our old couch & loveseat. We had a delivery coming that morning with our new couch & loveseat, so we had plenty of time to clean those spots on our floor before our new furniture arrived. They were super careful, too! I’ll be calling 1-800-JUNK again, because they were also very reasonable!

Arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful with the junk that I needed to get rid of. Good service and good people.

The 2 guys that showed up were very polite and efficient. Answered my questions and they were in and out in about 30 minutes(for a 1/3) of a truck.

They are quick and efficient, they do an amazing job as always they are so careful of the things that I didn’t want hauled away and even asked me on a few that I didn’t know were there if they were something I wanted to keep or toss! So happy to have used them they are amazing and worth every single penny!!
