Friendliness

On time, load was as estimated on phone. Guys were courteous and fast.

Wesley and Ezra were great. They came when expected, they evaluated what needed to be taken, they explained the pricing, and they were friendly and respectful. A customer can't ask for more than that! I'm very happy.

The were on time and were able to remove the items I wanted gone. I will use Got Junk again when we get closer to selling the house.

Up front prices. I had more to get rid of than originally planned and there was room. I still came in a little below the estimate. Very friendly crew.

I had to get rid of my couch set that I couldn't sell or lift myself. I booked with 1-800-Junk online to see what it was all about and was surprised when I could get a same day appointment. A gentleman called me to confirm what items I had and then the driver called when he was on the way. They were extremely efficient and were in and out within 10 minutes. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated, but I would definitely recommend them for big items that are hard to get rid of. I also appreciate that they try to donate any items that are salvageable since I was only looking to trash the item. Pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

The team who picked up my "junk" were very efficient, friendly, and competent. And they showed up at the time they were to be here.

They even put up my iron railing on my front porch after (I had pulled it down ahead of them to make room out the front door).
