I had some beastly stuff I needed disposed and I wasn't sure if they would take site unseen: a very heavy upright piano, an elliptical machine, along with some other stuff. At the last minute, I asked them if they could take the couch too, and they did - no problem. All of it gone, lickety split. I am very thankful for their help. There is no way I could have disposed of these items on my own.
