You were SO accommodating every time i had to reschedule my pickup (you were picking up an old sofa before our new one was scheduled to be delivered - and that date changed 5 or more times!!). Plus you followed up the day of the appointment to let me know exactly when within my delivery window you'd be arriving which i appreciated.
