Easy to use - just set the appointment and then they followed up with calls on the service day giving me updates on their arrival. They arrived on time, gave me an estimate to approve and then cleared out my 10'x'10'x'20 storage unit. All within and hour and a half. Excellent job.

Help me clean out things I do not want

When scheduling a pickup on the phone, the agent was very pleasant and helpful. We were not committed to a definite pickup at that time, only if the price was affordable. The pickup agents were very friendly, pleasant and professional. After looking over the items to be taken and quoting a very fair price we accepted the pickup.
