When scheduling a pickup on the phone, the agent was very pleasant and helpful. We were not committed to a definite pickup at that time, only if the price was affordable. The pickup agents were very friendly, pleasant and professional. After looking over the items to be taken and quoting a very fair price we accepted the pickup.
