The two team members were great! They worked quickly, pleasant and helpful. They explained rates and fees, and communication from them, and leading up to them coming was fantastic!

They were prompt and professional.

Scheduling was great, the crew was on time and called 20 mins ahead of time, presentation was professional and very well done by Mark and Jose E, execution was quick and just all around well done.

When Mark Telfort and his partner Jose, I didn't get his last name, first contacted me, they gave me an estimate time of their arrival and they arrived precisely on time. Mark was very attentive when I walked him through my mother's house explaining that she was downsizing to a smaller residence and couldn't fit everything she has had for decades. I was very nervous about some of the pieces of furniture being very large and I feared walls being damaged or Mark & Jose getting injured moving them. Mark assured me that he and Jose had their tricks about moving and maneuvering things around tight corners. What caught my attention was that while Mark and I were walking around my mother's house, Jose was speaking to my mother in Spanish, which is my mother's primary language. Jose was conversing with my mother and putting her in a calm state talking about many things in Spanish. My mother was very, very nervous about what was occurring with the removal of furniture she basically spent most of her life using. I deeply appreciated Jose calming my mother about the whole downsizing situation. Basically, as your commercial states, I just pointed to the pieces of furniture that needed to be removed and Mark and Jose removed them smoothly and easily. I will definitely recommend "Got Junk" to anyone that needs anything removed from their house with an added bonus of making sure they ask for Mark and Jose! BTW, I would've checked the box below but I'm a retired LEO and can't have my name out there in the public, especially when it involves my mother.
