They are extremely responsive. I called Saturday night and had a pick-up scheduled for Sunday morning with a pick-up window of 8-10. I got my courtesy call at 8:15 and the guys arrived at 8:40! they were on time and super-efficient. I've been wanting to get rid of some junk in the basement and having them come was such a huge relief. I'm so happy! Thank you!
