Jose & Gerard are your star employees! Courteous, accommodating & respectful! The only problem I had was, receiving a quote of $228.00 from Kirby over the phone & and the ultimate price being $484.00! I would appreciate getting contacted from you to discuss this.

The two movers, Jose and Gerard were great. They arrived when they said they would. They explained the estimate price and took my furniture out right away. They were friendly and pleasant. Very professional. I appreciate their help. My home feels so much better. Thank you.

Same day service was great. Found it odd that the person who came asked to use my bathroom when they were on here for like 2 minutes (to me it makes more sense to go to Starbucks or something). Of course no one would say no, but *shrug* They came early when I scheduled for a certain time and they had already asked if they could come early and I had said no. They called and said they were there and waiting 30 minutes before I scheduled. They were polite about it, but after having told them I wasn’t available until a certain time it seemed odd to call me to tell me they were here and would wait. Again, *shrug* They were friendly and polite though and made sure not to cause any mess or damage while moving the item and I really appreciate that.

The team assisting us was very organized, quick and efficient. They were both also pretty pleasant, respectful, and sympathetic. We needed help emptying out our beloved grandmother apartment who recently passed and the service was amazing. We sure certainly reached out again if needed.
