The service representatives were courteous and pleasant. They were able to remove most of required items in a timely manner and packed the truck cost efficiently, all the while advising us of options to stay within our budget. Although they were a bit out of the time window they called to inform us of the delay.

The guys were great. They were very efficient and polite. The estimate was fair considering the amount of stuff I had to throw out plus they had to make several trips up to my fourth floor apartment with no elevator.
