The whole project went very smoothly. I booked on line at a day and time that suited me. I got confirmation email. I had a phone call asking if I would mind changing my time block... all very professionally done. I was notified on the morning as to how far away the truck was. Two young guys came, they were great guys and very polite and fun. One even barracked for the right football team! It was quick and easy, I tried to give the couch away for 4 months and people including the salvos would say they were coming on a specific day, then not show up. I booked a time with 1800-got-junk and the couch was gone 4 hours later
