You can book an appointment online via the 1800Gotjunk website. Can check availability for pickups in your area and lock a date and time in. Booked yesterday and 1800 truck for today. The boys that came to take away my ‘junk’ where punctual, friendly, careful and super quick. Was relieved to know that all ‘junk’ is carefully sorted back at the depot to salvage what can be recycled, re-homed etc so as to minimise what must go to landfill. Second time customer in past 6 months. Can’t recommend them more highly.

Team were fantastic, friendly and professional. In and out in 5 minutes. Communication was great too - plenty heads up on arrival times etc.
