All stages of the process were stress-free and professional. From booking online to getting a follow-up email and phone call closer to the date. On the day, Mitch and Dan were very courteous, friendly and professional and clearly explained the process. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards and checked in with me a couple of times to let me know there were family photos amongst all our junk that were rescued from the truck.
