The gentlemen, Mario and Luke, called 30 mins ahead to give me a heads up - they were very very nice. My husband and I were both very impressed. I was amazed how they got our stuff on the truck - they were playing JENGA with our stuff. My husband is an engineer and he was like it's not gonna fit and THEY MADE IT FIT! Because it's Luke and Mario if there's anything else we need, we'll definitely call you guys.
