Extremely efficient and a great and easy experience to work with. The removal team were great and easy to work with. There was a clerical error and my first appointment was missed. W/O asking, the lady on the phone rebooked and offered a $50 discount. It's not about not making mistakes, everyone does. It's what you do when you make one that counts. I highly recommend this service.

The pickup team was communicative, quick, and efficient.

The team arrived early and went right to work. They assessed how much space my junk would take up and gave me the price. The price is reasonable especially considering what I needed removed. This was all upstairs and they had all my stuff loaded and were done quickly. They were careful coming down the stairs and never even bumped a wall. They were professional and friendly. I am so appreciative for this service.
