The moving team (Austin and Brandon) that Got-Junk sent over to my parents' house to help them remove 3 heavy tube televisions and several old printers were very professional, friendly and capable. We had one TV that was quite large and was located in a tight room of the house. I was nervous that removing it could cause dents or damages to the doorframes. I appreciated how our movers took the time to analyze the best maneuvering solution to remove the TV without causing damages. They were able to remove it without hitting anything. They also removed everything out of the house in a timely manner.Never using a service like this before, both Trey and the call center helped me understand what Got-Junk was all about. Since both of my parents are retired and are living on a budget, Trey was able to provide a quote that was doable for both my parents and I. He was very friendly and helpful.If I need this type of services again, I would definitely call Got-Junk back.
