The appointment was easy to book online. There was a small confusion with the call center, and they were not as helpful as I would have liked. However, when the boss that works directly for 1-800-GOT-JUNK called me, he wasn't dismissive like the call center agent, in fact he was very professional, polite, the mix-up was immediately cleared up. The service from the employees who came to pick up some furniture was perfect. They were careful, respectful, professional, polite, clear, and worked fast. They gave me an estimate before even starting as well which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this service.
