There was confusion on my pickup order, as I asked for pickup in Quebec, yet my Account had an Ontario Postal Code.I called, Manger had cancelled and not told me.Your 1-800 and person who was texting me were incredible. Local Franchise came within 20 minutes and were incredible. Your customer service people turned a bad situation into superior service. Well done.
