polite enthusiastic guys ..kept inquiring if missed anything

They were very pleasant and efficient in explaining the potential costs as well as total removal of all my junk, even though access from my apartment to where their truck was parked wasn't ideal. It did get expensive in the end, but you pay for the convenience of avoiding the headache of junk removal. All in all, if you're looking for a cost-effective option, you may want to go elsewhere; but I got excellent service and have no issue paying well for it. Thanks again!

I would say to a friend that the staff where nice and efficient. I would also say that they might come later then the appointement time because they never know how long they work at each client.
