The promptness, the courtesy, the efficiency, the clarity of information. You do what you say, you mean what you say. The only little something is the expense involved...really high, for whatever you fill in the truck. The other big thing is that ...bigger trucks would be a better idea and might save on the cost per client. Above all else, Rob and Chris did a high ranking job in two hours! Very courteous, very experienced, did the job with expediency...a lot of work for them but they did a fantastic job this morning.., I highly recommend them and you should recognize them for excellent work. I did simply point and they removed, albeit, we packed correctly as requirements of U-Got-Junk.
