I am giving a 10 for the furniture movers. I would give a 1 for the customer service representative. They did not tell me about the $150 labor fee involved!

The experience was great. Employees were personable and professional. Setting up an appointment was extremely easy and so glad I was able to check something off of my list the same day of inquiry. They worked extremely hard and kept me informed every step of the way.
