Listen, today got off to a rough start. I was supposed to have a team pick up my furniture between 9:30-11:30. I got a call at 11:29 stating that a truck was on the way. That's when I found out that his partner had called out and he was working alone. I moved this couhh in-- its heavy, up a steep staircase, and I don't want anything to do with moving it again. Hence why I called you guys. I was very upset after I had been waiting the entire time then get a call last minute with a guy basically saying that he won't be able to move it himself so he'll have to call in another team. At that point I was livid and was already prepared to change companies and put my experience on blast by leaving a negative review online. That was until I got a call within 10 minutes from another driver. He stated he was on the way and would be here in 20 minutes. The two guys that showed up were so courteous and genuinely happy that I couldn't even help not to be upset anymore. They were both professional, efficient, and got this nightmare job done in record time. I paid with a card and asked if there was a way to tip because I didn't have any cash. The driver stated that they no longer have the option but don't worry about it because "the company takes care of us". In a society where I'm constantly pressured to tip to make up for what corporations should already be doing themselves, it was an absolutely wonderful response that completely caught me off guard. It says a lot about your company. Continue taking care of your people, it's a wonderful reflection of how you do business. Do something for the guys that took care of me today. They're excellent representatives of how you want people to view your brand.
