Arrival was as told to us with a courtesy call prior to arrival. Both Yuris and Gio were pleasant and introduced themselves. They explained the process. Upon removal of items, they began cleaning where the items were sitting. They asked if there was anything else we needed them to help us with in regards to moving other furniture around. They were both a wonderful representation of your company.
