Tony and Chris were friendly, and professional. I Called and was able to schedule a pick up for next day. Fast, friendly and professional. Chris Called and text to confirm the time of pick up as well as to let me know they were on the way. I had already pulled apart my love seat the majority of the way to make it easier for them and put it on the curb. However, they did need to use some tools to take a few more parts apart.
