I referred 1-800-Got-Junk to my son-in-law, he had a great experience with them. So I then hired them to remove our sectional couch. I had the same great experience starting with Frank on the phone, very friendly, good communication. The 2 men that came to my home were also very friendly, explained what would take place, and answered my questions about recycling, donating, etc. Very knowledgeable and great "salesmen" for the company.

They were patient, communicative, and incredibly hard working. I seriously cannot believe they got the items out of my basement. Very professional and I cannot thank them enough.
