It starts with a call to the 800 number where a human answers. Jennifer in this case was VERY pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to explain the process. I got a call from the area manager in quick time to set up an appt. for quote & potential p/u. Drivers were neat, clean and very polite. On time. Called ahead and when they arrived. I was given quote, turn down initially (money reason only but a fair price). Called back and got the job done. 100% satisfaction on care, cost, crew in every manner and communication with Francis (area mgr.). DEF use/recommend again. THANKS. A+++
