Let me explain why they didn't get a 5star review. The way they get you is due to truck size. Their trucks are small, so they can pretty much guarantee you'll pay the max price of $750. Now, understand that is no reflection on their employees that came out to do the job. They were outstanding! Both Lane and Andrew (awesome name by the way) were very professional and courteous and, most importantly, willing to make on the spot changes...very easy going. I could not have appreciated their awesome attitudes more. Besides, it's not their fault the company strategizes like this. Keep these two gents GOT JUNK, they bring a ton of credit to your company. As for your pricing strategy, give the people more room than those tiny trucks-you know what you're doing.
