It often seems these days that the business model of customer satisfaction and service is a thing of the past. Not so with 1-800-Got-Junk. I scheduled my appointment online and it was very easy. Shane called me within a few minutes, and we adjusted the time a bit (I used the same day option) The crew showed up on time and they were great. Panda and Colby were friendly courteous and respectful of my property and belongings. The price was reasonable, and they worked very efficiently to remove everything in a timely fashion. This was a top-notch experience, and I would highly recommend this company without reservation.
