In a word, they were outstanding. Truly professional, from A to Z. They called when they were on their way to our location and showed up on-time. Upon arrival, they advised me of the charge structure, which is based on the portion of the truck used (half a truck, full truck, etc.) and what the charges would be. They began work immediately upon my authorization. They worked, without stopping, until the job was completed. They could have easily loaded the truck in a way that would have required an additional half-truck to cart the junk away - but they didn't. Instead, they packed the truck so the entire load fit in one truck. I would recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK to anyone who needs to have junk professionally removed.
