Every woman I spoke with when figuring out the deal was knowledgeable and kind.Matthew and Chris on pick up were great!I always hope for a little cheaper but I haven't moved in 30 years and (as I said) when calling the number (night or day) each woman was majorly helpful. I can provide their names! Or hopefully, they are listed on my transaction.I got a text about the time (reiterating) in the morning, and then Anthony(?) called and gave me an update. Then Matthew called to say they were on their way.The point is, every single person was VERY customer service oriented! 800GJ saved me a ton of time and labor!Thank you everyone at 1-800-GOT-JUNK!!!

Fan and Jawan immediately lowered my stress the minute they walked up. Moving is stressful and they were friendly, confident and had the best attitude! They moved everything diligently and with great care!
