I was called to inform me that the team would arrive in the 2nd half of the window they provided. then the team called to let me know when they were 30 min away. Great communication from the time i scheduled so it made it very easy for me to plan what i was doing. Also Carlos and his partner were very nice, friendly, polite people. they were quite efficient about the very big items they had to remove and were very careful not to scratch my walls.
