Overall a 9, however I was not happy with the way items were thrown into trash bags. I understand we pay more to have things packed and I asked about how glassware would be packed and was told put into trash bags. I questioned about breakage and was told, yes the glass breaks. This is very disappointing.It seemed, things I took great care to pack in boxes and totes were handled roughly.

Timely service relative to original appointment. Efficient and quick removal. Fees are reasonable for the type of service, i.e.: handling of items that are difficult to re-cycle or are bulky/heavy.
