I would say I had a very good experience for the first time with your company.Both people were extremely well mannered and courteous and accomplished their task despite some bumps along the way which is not unexpected with trying to clean out a basement after 37 years of accumulated "junk". I had a great experience!! I made the appointment, and a few hours later the truck showed up (within the window they said they'd be there). The two employees were extremely pleasant and professional and had a positive attitude. They took my junk, and that was that! The only reason it's not a 10 is because there is no pricing on the website. I understand why they can't give a quote until they see the junk, but at least a ballpark would have been helpful. (I had to Google around to find the pricing online beforehand.) Still, overall a great experience, and I'd absolutely use them again!
